Programs Overview
Gotham Taekwon-Do offers a variety of programs suitable for everyone. Here is a brief introduction of each program.

Mommy & Me (detail information)
For children ages 18 months to 2 years, they are taught to explore basic motor skills through movement and props. This program will help you to bond with your little one, to use up his/her energy, and to have fun together.

Little Lions (detail information)
For children ages 3 to 5 we provide a fun, age-appropriate curriculum to build basic gross motor and social skills and prepare our students for our Juniors Curriculum

Juniors (detail information)
For children ages 6 and up we teach a sound Taekwon-Do curriculum that engages and challenges all students!

Adults & Juniors 
An opportunity for Families to train together!

Adults (detail information)
Traditional Taekwon-Do training including kicking, punching, and blocking techniques, forms/patterns, theory, meditation for all levels.

This is a unique and effective martial art from Southern China that specializes in close range combat. It is the only martial art created and made famous by a woman.

Self Defense for Women (detail information)
This four-month certification program will empower you with effective preventative and practical self-defense techniques.

Qi Gong (detail information)
Qi Gong is an internal Chinese meditative practice. You will learn special postures and breathing techniques to achieve correct mind/body alignment and relaxation.

East Asian Calligraphy (detail information)
The East Asian tradition of calligraphy, specifically the ink and brush writing of Chinese characters, is originated and developed from China. East Asian Calligraphy is not only a beautiful art; its physical practice is also an effective way to enjoy healthy and long life.
