Instructor L. Natali Uno

Lourdes Natalie Uno, originally from Sydney, Australia, moved to NYC to pursue performing in film and television. After discovering Taekwon-do in 2012, Lourdes shifted her focus to training and teaching. She taught martial arts to children, and eventually became a 2nd degree black belt in 2019. She now works as an elementary school teacher.

Today, she teaches martial arts in after-school programs and is working on her first children's book. She continues to train in Taekwon-do and has begun learning Brazilian Jujitsu because "learning never stops".
